Amoxynol 250 DT Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections, including throat, ear, respiratory, urinary tract, skin, and soft tissue infections. It also helps eliminate H. pylori in peptic ulcer disease. It is best taken with a meal and should be taken regularly at prescribed intervals. Side effects like rash, vomiting, allergic reactions, nausea, and diarrhea may occur, but are temporary and usually resolve quickly. Amoxycillin is generally safe to use during pregnancy under doctor's supervision.
