Alcetriza Cold (BL) is a combination medicine used to treat allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, throat irritation, watery eyes, and congestion. It is taken with or without food and should be continued as recommended by the doctor. Common side effects include headache, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, restlessness, and tiredness. It can cause dizziness and sleepiness, so don't drive or engage in mental focus activities. Avoid alcohol and support self-medication.
